Woman Arrested in Puppy Mill Bust, Faces Animal Cruelty Charges

The article discueses a story about a woman who was busted by animal cruelty authorities in a puppy mill busy. The more mills busted though, mean more shelters will need to be established in order to provide services to the sick dogs involved in the mills.
